We are a Zen meditation group that holds weekly practice here in Seattle’s North End.  We are a part of Vancouver Zen Group which is affiliated with Kwan Um School of Zen – international organization of Zen Centers and groups founded by Zen Master Seung Sahn.

 Currently, we meet on Tuesday nights starting at 7 PM. On occasion, we hold practice weekday mornings at 6:00 AM but please call the night before to assure practice is happening at this time.  Our location is 7550 Roosevelt Way NE in Seattle.

 This group is open to public and all are welcome regardless of experience.  If you are new to Zen practice or Kwan Um School of Zen forms, please show up 15to 30 minutes early (6:) for instruction.
