We are a Zen meditation group that holds weekly practice here in Seattle’s North End.  We are a part of Vancouver Zen Group which is affiliated with Kwan Um School of Zen – international organization of Zen Centers and groups founded by Zen Master Seung Sahn.

 Currently, we meet on Wednesday nights starting at 6:30 PM. We also hold practice weekday mornings at 6:00 AM – check our calendar page for detailed schedule.  Our location is 7550 Roosevelt Way NE in Seattle.

 This group is open to public and all are welcome regardless of experience.  If you are new to Zen practice or Kwan Um School of Zen forms, please show up 15to 30 minutes early (6:00 – 6:15 PM) for instruction.
